While we’re finalizing the administrative procedures to legalize these changes, I’m anticipating by preparing the new modern tools I’m going to put at your disposal to improve the way we all work together to ensure that the residence is in the best possible condition.
It will take some time, but it will be worth it.

I will soon create 2 other groups on WhatsApp:
One made up exclusively of landlords and another made up of long-term tenants.
These 2 groups will not be open to conversation. I’ll use them to announce important things to everyone. If it’s purely for owners (Billing Reminder, Meeting Announcement etc …) only owners will receive it. If it involves everyone (service interruptions such as, but not limited to: water, electricity, door code changes etc.). Then the communication will also be sent to the group of tenants.

As you all already know… One of the biggest problems, if not the biggest problem, is that of parking spaces…
Not all the spaces originally planned are available.
It was decided in the past to reserve one area for motorcycles and quads. And another area for vehicles. I’d like to see no motorbikes/quads in the parking lot, and I’d like us all to show solidarity, so that if someone (even if only for a short time) doesn’t need their parking space, please leave it available. We’re all in the same situation, so I’m counting on your understanding and flexibility to help ensure that everyone has a place to park (1 parking space per apartment).
If anyone has a miracle solution to this problem, I’m all ears!
