Here are the certified minutes of the last meeting on March 22, 2025.

As you can see, not all the items on the agenda could be addressed, and others were postponed to a future meeting, the date of which has yet to be determined.

Following conversations with several of you, you made it clear that certain items did not need to be put to a vote and should be addressed as quickly as possible because they are neither ordinary nor extraordinary expenses, but rather things that need to be done every X years or due to an emergency… I will come back to this in more detail with a detailed summary of each item in a future newsletter.

To date, some items have already been completed, others are in progress (complete renovation of the electrical and water distribution system following the fire in the technical room), and others are to come. Full details will be communicated to you soon. Monitoring the electrical renovation and water distribution is keeping me very busy and will take up a lot of time.
