Hello everyone.

First of all, thank you for renewing your trust in me as the residence administrator. I will soon send you a satisfaction form so you can see what I can improve.

While I am completing the minutes of the meeting held on Saturday, March 22nd, I am sending you a brief summary of the various payments to be made in the coming days.
There is no increase in quarterly dues.
– Payment of the remaining extraordinary expenses for 2024, specified in point #4 of the meeting notice and approved at the meeting.
– Payment for the second quarter of 2025.
– Payment of 10% of the emergency fund, specified in point #10 of the meeting notice and approved at the meeting.

Since the meeting could not be completed, I will have to organize another meeting to address the points that were not discussed and other topics such as, but not limited to, access to cameras and possibly opting for the HotSpot offer, as well as deciding on the security guard service and water quality in the apartments. I will return to this with more details in future newsletters.

Please find attached a simulation of part of the extraordinary expenses for 2025. It was decided to put items 20.A, 20.B, and 20.C on hold.
