Good evening everyone

My name is Felipe (Apt. 6F) I am the new administrator of the Playa Turchese residence.

Through this WhatsApp group I will send you important messages about our residence (if we have to interrupt a service like water or electricity … or if a particular maintenance is scheduled).

For the time being, here’s what’s going to happen:

Starting tomorrow, I’ll be handing out tokens for the front door. From Monday the code will no longer work!
2 tokens will be distributed per apartment. If you want more, you’ll have to buy them (limited quantity at first).
From Monday onwards, the swimming pool will no longer be accessible, as we will be emptying it before starting a complete renovation. The work will last between 1 and 1.5 months.

During the work, the builder will need space in the parking lot. More than ever, please park your motorcycles and quads in the dedicated parking area. (Office entrance)

At the moment the residence doesn’t have an electric generator, but rest assured that we are actively working to buy a new one. In the meantime, in the event of a power failure, the residence will have no light or water and the gates will not work. If you find yourself “locked out”, please try to call the gardener (Mikey) or send me a message. At night and weekends, the Watchis are supposed to know how to open the gates manually.
