The Playa Turchese Residence has several essential rules.
For everyone’s sake, we ask you to respect them.

1 – Use the shower before entering the pool. (Clothing not allowed in the pool! – Except if it’s specific clothing for swimming pools)

2 – Do not make noise in the pool, or use noisy tools between 12.30 pm and 3.30 pm.

3 – Do not use the pool between 11 pm and 8.30 am.

4 – Glassware and glass bottles are not allowed in or around the pool and garden.

5 – Drinks and food cannot be consumed inside the pool.

6 – Children (- 15 years old) must be accompanied by their relatives in the pool area. The Residencial Playa Turchese is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage that may be caused. NO LIFEGUARD OR LIFE SAVER at the pool.

7 – Excessive noise is not allowed between 11 pm and 8.30 am.

8 – Keep a low volume of radio, television, stereos or others in the hours of rest.

9 – No towels or laundry over the balcony railings.

10 – No BBQ in the garden and terraces.

11 – Dogs are welcome as long as they are calm, quiet and their owners keep them on a leash and pick up their droppings!

12 – Respect the capacity of each apartment: (1 bedroom: 2 adults + 1 child / 2 bedrooms: 4 adults + 2 children / 3 bedrooms: 6 adults + 3 children).

13 – It is not allowed to park more than 1 vehicle per apartment in the parking lot.

14 – It is not allowed to store materials under the stairs.

15 – If someone should receive a visit from a technician, friend or delivery, the person waiting for him/her must receive him/her at the door of the residence and will be responsible for him/her during his/her stay in the residence.

16 – Any damage inside the property will be charged by the administration.

17 – Playa Turchese is NOT responsible for any lost items and/or documents inside the residence. Neither for damages to persons or things.

18 – Lounge chairs are at everyone’s disposal. It is forbidden to leave your towel if it is not used.

19 – The security members of the residence have all the right to impose these rules, if the faults are repeated, they will communicate with the administration themselves. If the administration has to act, the tenant’s deposit will be withheld.

The garbage room is located in the corner of the vehicle parking lot.
