I would like to draw your attention to the importance of the extraordinary meeting to be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM.

In order to prepare it properly, I kindly ask you to:

  • Send me your proxy without delay if you cannot attend.
  • Confirm your attendance (or, if not, let me know who will represent you).

The meeting should not last long: only 2 items on the agenda, but they are VERY IMPORTANT.

⚠️ Complaints regarding the results from people who did not take part in the voting will not be considered.

📍 The meeting will take place at the office entrance (as on September 18).
To avoid unnecessary expenses, I will not rent tables or chairs. Please bring your own chair, as available seating is very limited.
