⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have stayed at **Playa Turquesa** for several months on two different occasions, first during the winter of 2023 and again in the winter of 2025, staying in two different condos. I would definitely stay there again. The location is excellent, less than 100 meters from the beach and just a few minutes from the center of Las Terrenas. There is convenient parking for both cars and ATVs, and the property is very secure, with electronic access and security personnel. One of the highlights is the beautiful, very large swimming pool in the center of the property, surrounded by mature tropical landscaping and impressive palm trees. The condos have spacious terraces overlooking the pool, making it a wonderful place to spend a quiet day without even leaving the property. Wi-Fi is also available in the common areas. Another important advantage is the residence’s backup generator, which keeps essential common services running during power outages, including the water pumps and Wi-Fi. My only recommendation is to choose your condo carefully, since the units are individually owned and the level of maintenance and equipment can vary from one unit to another. Some are better maintained and equipped than others. During my most recent stay, I also appreciated that the rules regarding noise and the comfort of residents were well enforced. **Overall, Playa Turquesa is a beautiful residence with an excellent location, a fantastic pool and a very pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again.**

Location close to some of the best bars, restaurants, clubs, and lounges. 10 minutes away from playa bonita. 3 minutes away from playa popi. Quiet residential area because it's located towards the end of street from main road. Very safe
